If you have a CDL license, you must belong to the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse, and if you are an independent operator and are not of sufficient size to have your own drug and alcohol program, you have to belong to a drug and alcohol consortium.

What happens when you join the Consortium Program?

Once we receive your completed application, the Federal Custody and Control Form will be sent if you require a pre-employment or initial consortium drug test. This form is the federally required form to authorize the drug test.
